Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of products and services by Guangzhou Reyeah Technology Co., Ltd. ("Seller") to the customer ("Buyer"). By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

2. Quotations & Validity

All formal quotations provided by Reyeah Technology are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated.

Note: Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs or exchange rates after the validity period expires. Final pricing is confirmed upon the issuance of the Proforma Invoice (PI).

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms for international orders are:

Deposit: 50% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance to confirm the order and initiate production.
Balance: 50% T/T before shipment (after production is completed and inspection photos/videos are provided).
Currency: Payments shall be made in USD unless otherwise specified in the PI.

4. Production & Lead Time

Standard lead times are estimates and commence upon receipt of the deposit.

Standard Models (X11/X12/X13): Typically 15-30 business days.
Custom Orders (OEM/ODM): Typically 35-45 business days, depending on the complexity of customization.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer flexible shipping terms based on Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP).

Inspection: The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon arrival. Any claims for damage during transit must be reported to the carrier and Seller within 3 days of receipt.

6. Warranty & Support

Reyeah stands behind the quality of our smart vending machines with a comprehensive warranty:

Hardware Warranty: 12 Months from the date of shipping. Free replacement parts will be provided for non-human induced failures.
Software Support: Lifetime remote technical support and free standard OTA updates for the Reyeah System.
