The vending industry is shifting. Traditional “scroll & drop” machines are slow, prone to jamming, and limited in what they can sell. Reyeah’s X-Series offers a “Grab-and-Go” experience. Customers simply tap/scan, open the door, pick ANY product (salads, glass bottles, fragile items), and close it to pay. This results in a 30% faster transaction time and significantly higher sales conversion

Absolutely. We use a dual-verification system: AI Visual Recognition + Weight Sensing. The cameras identify what was taken, and the trays verify how much weight was removed. This ensures 99.5% billing accuracy, even if a customer picks up an item and puts it back.

Security is built-in. The door only unlocks after a successful pre-authorization (Credit Card hold or Digital Wallet check). If a product is taken, the payment is deducted automatically upon door closure. Plus, the internal cameras monitor user behavior, making it secure for offices, gyms, hotels, and airports.

Yes! We specialize in OEM/ODM. From exterior wraps (stickers) to custom software interfaces (UI), we help you build your own brand. We have served over 200 global brands.

For standard models (X11/X12/X13), we maintain a stock for sample orders (shipping in 7- 14days). For bulk customization orders (e.g., 50+ units), the typical lead time is 20-40 days depending on the complexity. Our factory capacity exceeds 3,000 units per month.

Currently, we do not support third-party API integration. To ensure the highest level of system stability and data security, the X-Series operates exclusively on our proprietary Reyeah Vending System.

This all-in-one ecosystem is battle-tested and fully optimized for our hardware, providing seamless real-time inventory tracking, payment processing, and remote management without the risks or bugs often caused by external software compatibility.

We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) for standard orders. For sample orders, we can discuss flexible options. Our machines support global payment gateways including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Nayax or other card readers.

We treat every machine with care. We use industrial-grade wooden crates (plywood) with foam padding and protective film to ensure the machine arrives in perfect condition, whether by sea or air freight.
